Photography is my passion. I do not only take wedding photos but also do portraits, landscapes, and street photography. This section represents my perspective on how I see the world through the lenses.

MY WORKSHOP- A DREAM COME TRUE

" Hey Nat! Fort Worth Botanical Garden is closed until 12PM because of the Cowtown Marathon!"

Kelly called me back after we were trying to get to the botanical garden for my workshop, which should start in 10 minutes. Cowtown Marathon was a big running event in Fort Worth and it happened only once a year AND IT WAS ON MY WORKSHOP DAY!

Isn't that crazy!? I've been planing this workshop for a month and then the location was suddenly not available! Everyone started texting me about Plan B. I decided to move my workshop to Fort Worth Police & Firefighters Memorial

The workshop was my second workshop I've ever hosted. I asked Elise and Brian to be the model. I reserved a conference room for the editing process. AND I HAVE THREE STUDENTS! :)

Sharing makes you bigger than you are. The more you pour out, the more life will be able to pour in.

FIRST THING FIRST, Elise and Brian was just amazing models and couple! (Everyone please give them a big applause.) I've worked with Elise for a couple times and she has always been amazing and photogenic. Elise and Brian were very personal and gave amazing poses. Beautiful girl with a handsome man are the model. How could the pictures turn bad, right!

We started shooting at 10AM and finished around 11:30AM. The conference room was at Craftwork Coffee Co. The workshop was going as a plan. I spent about half an hour talking about techniques. After that, I walked around looking at pictures and giving them comments. I spent most of my time answer questions and help them to learn about Lightroom. The workshop was done around 3PM.

It was an absolutely DREAM COME TRUE. I hosted my very first couple workshop.

I couldn't be more happy after the workshop was done. I felt it was a success. I did a lot better than what I expected. I've been wanting to share what I know about photography and I just did! John Rohn wrote a very interesting article about sharing.

If a glass is full of water, can it hold any more? The answer is yes. Yes—if you pour some out. If you want more, you’ve got to pour out what you have, and then you have the opportunity to receive more.
